At MIKA’S Deco all items are carefully designed for their high quality nature and crafted by the best artisans.
 
Plexiglas® is a delicate material. To keep your product in its best shiny condition use a soft cloth & a non-alcohol based cleaning product. 
 
Our Plexiglas® motifs are laser cut and carefully assembled by hand, place in a safe hazard free interior space. 
 
 
Remove all packaging before burning candle.
Never leave a burning candle on a flammable surface.
 
 
First time you light your scented candle, let it burn for 2 hours until all the wax on the surface has become liquid.
 
When extinguishing the candle, check the wick is upright and centered.
 
Trim the wick prior to lighting up again and on a regular basis. (ideal length 2-4mm)
 
 
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always keep out of reach of children and pets.
 
 
R E P A I R S  &  R E-F I L L  S E R V I C E
 
We want our products to always look their best, therefore if any damage/defect or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase we offer a replacement or refund and where possible a repair service.
 
Please email images of your product to customerservices@mikasdeco.com so that our team can assess it and let you know best way to proceed.
 
Please note: Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
 
 
Loving the scent and want to have your pot re-filled? 
 
Just mail us on customerservices@mikasdeco.com and we can arrange to have this re-filled for you with an additional charge.
 
 
Please be aware that repairs and or re-fills can take 3 to 4 weeks to complete, but we will always try to have them back to you as soon as possible.
